Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese
The iconic seasonal product, which was first introduced in 2017, has become one of the most “eagerly anticipated” products of the year, Miller says. Made with mezzi rigatoni, the mac and cheese is lathered in butternut squash puree and a mix of gouda, cheddar and parmesan cheeses.
Mini Maple Flavored Marshmallows
This vegan product is perfect to add extra excitement to hot cocoa or chai tea lattes. Miller also suggests using the bite-sized treats to make maple-forward rice crispy treats.
Vermont Maple Syrup
This isn’t your typical organic maple syrup. The item is aged in bourbon barrels to make for a “wonderful, nuanced flavor,” Sloan says.
Fall Harvest Salsa
Made with butternut squash, pumpkin, apples and even jalapenos, Trader Joe’s fall harvest salsa gives an autumn twist on a snack staple. Miller even suggests pouring it over pork tenderloin to make a hearty, flavorful roast.
Mini Pumpkin Ginger Scones
This new dessert offering comes with a dozen mini scones that you can bake from frozen. Perfect for a pick-me-up breakfast, Sloan describes these scones as “not overly sweet” since they’re not iced.
Maple Vinaigrette Dressing
Marking its second year in the brand’s seasonal repertoire, the maple vinaigrette dressing can serve as the perfect pairing for a fall salad or a marinade to fancy up a protein-packed dish.
Gluten Free Pumpkin Ravioli
This new product is the first gluten free pumpkin ravioli that the grocer has ever offered. Made with ricotta cheese, kabocha squash and pumpkin and parmesan cheese, Miller says this option is a “more savory take on a pumpkin ravioli.”
Honeycrisp Apple Granola
Rounding out the fall breakfast products is honeycrisp apple granola. Sloan says the bites “actually taste like apple” as the sweet flavor pairs nicely with yogurt or milk.
Cat and Dog Succulent Pots
Trader Joe’s is welcoming in the fall months with adorable cat and dog succulent planters that are inspired by the Day of the Dead celebration. “Even if you don't feel like you have a green thumb, these are pretty easy to have great success,” Sloan says.
Garlic and Asiago Cheese Dip
Sloan says this product is “like all the goodness of garlic bread as a dip.” An effortless appetizer to make while entertaining for game days, the garlic and asiago cheese dip just requires a quick heat before it's ready to serve.
Harvest Blend Herbal Tea
For a relaxing night in or work-from-home treat, turn to the harvest blend herbal tea. Pair the caffeine-free drink with the mini maple marshmallows for a more decadent creation.
