Travis jokingly suggested that PEOPLE "must have" written the "wrong name in by accident"
Travis, 34, said he was "all for it" when Jason made the list, adding "I was proud of you," and calling his brother a "sexy Batman."
When Travis asked what Jason's wife, Kylie Kelce, thought of the honor, Jason said she was unsurprised "like the rest of the world" because it "was just obvious."
Travis also took the opportunity to tease his brother about the selection and jokingly suggested that the whole Kelce family assumed PEOPLE "must have just written the wrong name in by accident."
"You're one of the ugliest people I've ever seen in my life, so this actually threw me off," the Kansas City Chiefs star teased.
"Obviously, the documentary warmed up everyone's hearts and showed the true passion you have," Travis explained.
Jason joked that "all the dad bods out there are ecstatic" with his selection and said he assumed that women found him more "husbandly" than "sexy" before he made the list.
"They had to get a plus-sized model in there," Travis teased, suggesting Jason's selection was intended "for diversity" in the list.

"I'm way sexier than him," Jason joked of Last of Us star Pascal, though he then conceded, "When I think of Lenny Kravitz I’m like that guy’s a pretty sexy guy."
Travis mentioned just having seen Chalamet host Saturday Night Live over the weekend and the brothers agreed that the actor has a "pretty sexy" name.
Concluding the discussion, Travis congratulated his brother on the selection and the brothers went on to discuss Travis's trip to Argentina with Taylor Swift, where the "Karma" singer changed song lyrics midshow to shout out her new beau.
