But despite doing well and enjoying her turn on the dancefloor, Jones has confessed that she is no longer all that keen on showing off her moves.
“It’s so terrifying,” she has been quoted as saying on BBC Radio Wales.
“For me it stopped me dancing for ever more."
"But I did love the experience," she added.
The presenter and her husband Charlie already have two sons and earlier this year announced that they were expecting again.
The presenter said she hadn’t initially realised that she was pregnant with her third child, thinking her new vegan diet was causing her to feel tired and “drained of energy”.
She told MailOnline: "This is ridiculous in a third pregnancy, but I didn't realise the clues were there because I honestly blamed everything on the veganism. I was so tired and hungry all the time and I thought it was that.
"But I said to my husband that I think we need to do a test. And he said, 'What? What?' - anyway, we did a test'."
Baby Annie arrived in August.
