Ukraine may have hit up to seven enemy ships in an overnight combined missile and drone attack on the temporarily occupied Crimean port of Kerch, the Russian Telegram channel Astra reported on May 30.

Five Russian boats and two ferries were either damaged or destroyed.

The ferries Conroe Trader and Avangard were both damaged by debris from the reportedly intercepted ATACMS missiles, with the latter running aground. One crew member of the Conroe Trader underwent surgery for injuries, while four crew members of the Avangard were injured, including two 19-year-old interns.

In addition, four KC 701 Coast Guard patrol boats, Tunets (Tuna) project, were damaged in the attack with Magura V5 naval drones. Earlier in the day, NV source in the Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR) reported a successful attack on at least two patrol boats in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

That same morning, Astra reported the sinking of the Russian pilot boat Mechta (Dream) in the Ukrainian attack.

On the night of May 30, explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Kerch, near the Crimean bridge. The so-called occupation "authorities" claimed that both a road and a rail ferry had been damaged. The Russian Defense Ministry reported the "destruction" of eight ATACMS missiles, eight UAVs and two maritime drones.
