Victoria Beckham and her daughter Harper offered a sweet gesture of solidarity with NHS workers on Friday by settling down for a FaceTime call.

The fashion designer, 45, and her daughter, 8, video called nurses at King’s College Hospital in London to show their support for their hard work during the fight against COVID-19.

Victoria shared a screen grab from the call via her Instagram Stories, writing: "Face Time with the nurses at King's hospital in London today.”

The photo – shared to her 28.2 million followers – showed the mother-daughter duo smiling as they chatted to three unidentified health workers outside the South London hospital.

The lovely gesture comes just a day after the whole Beckham family support the NHS by taking part in the Clap for Carers campaign on Thursday.

The mum-of-four filmed her husband David, 44, and three of her children, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and eight-year-old Harper, clapping for the key workers.

“Us Beckhams are all clapping to show our thanks to all the people that are working so hard for the NHS, all the doctors all the nurses keeping us safe working so so hard,” she says in the clip.

“We’re so proud of you guys, thank you so so much,” adds in the former professional footballer.

Victoria captioned her video: “Happy to be able to come together tonight with the whole country to thank the brave healthcare workers and brilliant NHS working tirelessly in the fight against COVID-19.”
