These vloggers recreated Rihanna’s makeup looks from the “Wild Thoughts” video, and we’re taking notes

When we first laid eyes on Rihanna in the video for DJ Khaled’s “Wild Thoughts,” we had a few *wild* thoughts of our own. Among them, “Will there ever be a time when I, a mere mortal, can wear a sheer blouse sans bra IRL?” “Is this an undercover promo for Rihanna’s makeup line?” and “Did she really just wear teal shadow and a red lip…together? At the same damn time? HOW?!”

Pulling off a statement eye and a statement lip is no easy feat. Makeup artists have already started rolling out their interpretations of Riri’s “Wild Thoughts” beauty lewks, and we’re taking notes.

Alissa Ashley recreated Rihanna’s subtle shadow and red lip combo.

She used the Make Up For Ever foundation sticks ($43, each), Tarte Shape Tape concealer ($25, here), Viseart shadow palette ($45), and “Cherry Blossom” by Coloured Raine, ($17).

Alissa’s twin sister, Arnell, took the bold route and recreated the teal shadow look.

She used the Makeup Addiction Cosmetics Flaming Love palette ($32.98), Danessa Myricks 24 hr Cream Color ($18 each), and Jouer Cosmetics lip creme in Brique, ($18).

The makeup artist Megs pulled off Rihanna’s gorgeous teal shadow look.

She used all Colourpop single shadows ($4-$5 each). Riri-level makeup for cheap? Yeah, we’re into that. Her red lip is Tarte lip paint in Extra ($20.)

The vlogger Ellarie recreated both of Rihanna’s looks!

She used the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette ($38, here) and the MAC Lady Danger lipstick ($17).
