Weeks after David Beckham enjoyed a cheeky bum grab of his wife’s derrière at their son Brooklyn’s 21st birthday, it looks like social distancing is doing a world of good for the couple’s romance as they spend more time together.
Taking a break from their busy schedules and abiding by the UK government’s ‘stay home’ guidance, the famous pair baked a lemon drizzle cake on Wednesday at their Cotswolds home.
Victoria documented the baking session on her Instagram account, showing how they whipped their mixture using a KitchenAid mixer.
During their baking, Victoria can be heard bursting into laughter after the family dog Fig passed wind in the background.
‘That’s was the dog making that noise,’ she giggled before David tried to blame his wife for the noise.
‘Darling don’t lie, I know you had baked beans for lunch,’ he joked.
Victoria instructed her husband to mix a bowl of egg whites and lemony mixture from the bottom, suggesting that the couple will get their own TV show as a result of their culinary video.
‘We’ve never made a cake before, this is the first time,’ Victoria said before explaining that when it comes to clearing up, she’ll load the dishwasher for the 25th time that day.
‘I have become extremely close with this dishwasher, David,’ she added.
Showing off their lemon pie, the couple reveal it came out a success. ‘I think it’s one of those cakes that tastes better than it looks,’ the fashion designer noted.
Earlier this month, the coupled paid a visit to the temporary home of David’s new football team in Miami.
One clip shared on Instagram by the former footballer sees David with his arm around his wife as they take in the sights of the empty 19,000-seat venue and dance to the Spice Girls’ 1997 hit single ‘Too Much’.
‘Special day showing the family what we have built,’ father-of-four captioned the video, tagging his family and the Inter Miami CF football club Instagram accounts.
