She’s the latest face to set the modelling world alight, and Ekaterina Perova is starting young – making a name for herself at the tender age of just 12-years-old.
While most girls her age are only dreaming of what their futures hold, the tween has been hard at work, shooting campaigns and building up on her impressive social media base of nearly 50,000 Instagram followers.
In a blog post, Ekaterina reveals how she was born in Russia, but has since settled on Queensland’s sunny shores.

“I never was thinking seriously of being a model, but everyone kept on saying that I should do it,” the blog reveals.
“At the age of ten, I was mature enough to understand that I want to become a model and asked my parents to help me with my goal.”
Ekaterina’s mum booked in for a photoshoot, and she later won a casting which was the perfect stepping stone into the modelling world.
Describing herself as a “dancer, model, actress and rhythmic gymnast” on her Instagram page, which is run by her parents, Ekaterina is definitely one to watch when it comes to becoming Australia’s next big face.
