'They are taking all our jobs': Woman launches appalling racist attack

A Chinese-Australian couple eating lunch on a park bench have fallen victim to an appalling racist tirade.

The man and his girlfriend were sitting in Sydney's Wynyard Park when a woman wheeling a suitcase demanded they move so that a Caucasian woman walking past could sit in their spot.

A 'good samaritan' intervened and started filming the woman's vicious attack, shouting: "Take a walk! Leave him alone!"

"They are taking all our f---ing jobs," the woman yells back in her mostly indistinguishable expletive-laden rant.

"During our meal the lady in the video stood in front of us glaring at us while we ate," the man, remaining anonymous, told News Corp.

“Another lady of Anglo-Saxon appearance walked by and the lady in the video demanded we stand up and give her our seat because we were of Asian descent."

He describes the woman as being 'pretty threatening', asserting that his girlfriend was 'trying to look like she was from London' because she had blonde hair.

The man and woman are both Chinese-Australians who study at university.

The man said he has 'no ill intentions directed towards this woman' but 'wants this negative attitude toward Chinese-Australians to be acknowledged.'

Unfortunately, racist attacks like this one do occur frequently in Australia, but more and more they are being exposed via video social media.

Mobile phone vision of a woman launching a torrid racist attack on a mixed-race couple riding a Newcastle train led her to be charged.

"He can't even get a regular girlfriend, it's so sad, he's got to get a g**k," the woman can be seen jeering in the video.

The woman later apologised, saying she was embarrassed and that the way she spoke to the woman was "not nice".

"When people say that to me ... call me white trash and fatso... I know how it hurts and I shouldn't be saying it to other people," Wilkins reportedly said.
