Shayanna Jenkins, the fiancée of late NFL player Aaron Hernandez, was not amused by the jokes about Hernandez made during Netflix's live special, The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady on May 5.

Jenkins, 34, the mother to Hernandez's 11-year-old daughter Avielle, told TMZ that she was disappointed by the jokes poking fun at Hernandez, who was found dead by suicide in his cell in 2017 while serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

"It’s sad that I’m trying to raise my children in such a cruel world," Jenkins told TMZ after the roast on Sunday.

Jenkins also expressed to the outlet that while many people still inquire about Hernandez's life and death, their daughter will be exposed to the jokes made on the Netflix special.

The live special was hosted by Kevin Hart, and featured roasts from Julian Edelman, Rob GronkowskiNikki Glaser, Drew Bledsoe, Randy Moss and Kim Kardashian.

Hernandez's murder conviction and suicide were mentioned several times throughout the night, including references to the ordeal from Brady, who said, "The bar for a Patriots tight end was pretty low back then — block, catch, don't murder."

Glaser, 39, quipped about Hernandez's death during her segment. "Give it up for zero-time Super Bowl champion Randy Moss! Why don’t you have a ring? What the hell, man, you’re one of the best ever. Drew Bledsoe has a ring. Aaron Hernandez had a ring...around his neck."

Hernandez’ death came just five days after he was acquitted of double murder charges in the deaths of two men outside a Boston nightclub in 2012. Found not guilty in one case, he was already serving a life sentence for masterminding the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, his fiancée’s sister’s boyfriend. He was not eligible for parole.

Hernandez had played three seasons for the Patriots alongside Brady before his arrest, which led to his release from the team.

During Sunday's live roast special, the former quarterback endured jabs about his divorce from Gisele Bündchen and his famous "unretiring" to play one last season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Glaser also poked fun at Brady's infamous breakup with then-pregnant ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, with whom he shares one son, Jack.

Glaser said, “But seriously, Tom, you’re the best to ever play for too long. You retired, then you came back and then you retired again, I get it, it’s hard to walk away from something that’s not your pregnant girlfriend, it's tough.”

“Hey, to be fair, he didn’t know she was pregnant, he just thought she was getting fat,” she added.
