Alicia Keys Makes the 2024 Tony Awards a Family Affair with Her Parents and Sons

Alicia Keys and her family stepped out in support of 'Hell's Kitchen,' the Broadway musical inspired by Keys' life

Alicia Keys has arrived at 2024 Tony Awards — and she made the occasion a family affair!

Keys was joined by her parents, Terria Joseph and Craig Cook, and her sons, Egypt, 13, and Genesis, 9, plus Kasseem Jr., 17, her husband Swizz Beatz's son from a previous relationship.

The extended family stepped onto the red carpet June 16 in support of Hell's Kitchen, the Broadway musical inspired by Keys' life.

The "Fallin'" singer, 43, also wore a look that brought Hollywood glamour to Broadway's big night. Her dramatic all-red ensemble was complete with glittery embellishments and long gloves by Gucci.

It's no surprise that the Grammy winner rocked a boldly red look. Celebrity stylist Jason Bolden, who's worked with Keys many times, told PEOPLE in February that vibrant colors are a "part of the DNA when it comes to clothes for her." Plus, she loves to make a statement with anything that has an "architectural feel and texture" to it.

Keys rocked complementing glam by makeup artist Dotti, who used Keys Soulcare to achieve the artist's glowing complexion. Dotti primed Keys' base with the Let Me Glow Illuminating Serum, then applied the buildable It’s Like Skin 2-in-1 Concealer and Tint. Keys' cheeks were flushed with the Sheer Flush Cheek Tint in the shade "Grace" (a rosy pink hue) and highlighted with the Gleam On Highlighting Balm, while her lips received a few swipes of the Comforting Tinted Lip Balm in "Sheer Bliss," a subtle strawberry hue.

Not in attendance was Beatz, 45, who is also father to Prince Nasir, 23, and Nicole, 16, from previous relationships.

The singer and her family are celebrating Hell's Kitchen, the Broadway musical inspired by Keys' childhood tales of growing up in New York City. Keys also wrote the lyrics and music for the show's score, which feature new tracks and many of her radio hits, including "No One," "If I Ain't Got You" and "Empire State of Mind."

Keys, as she hinted in an Instagram post featuring two microphones with initials on them, is taking the Tony Awards stage alongside JAY-Z, 54, to perform 2009's "Empire State of Mind." On her social media, the performer shared glimpses of her sons getting dressed for the big event.
