Amal Clooney walks the red carpet in a wide-leg jumpsuit
Whenever Amal Clooney makes a red-carpet appearance, she's always the best-dressed guest – and last night was no exception.
For her latest public appearance, the human rights lawyer attended the Prince's Trust Awards at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London, wearing an elegant silk wide-leg jumpsuit. She attended with her husband, George Clooney, who opted for a suave navy suit and aviator sunglasses.
Her sophisticated jumpsuit featured a flattering leather waist, and was accessorised perfectly with a pair of classic black pumps, a neutral clutch bag, and white gold-and-diamond chandelier earrings from Cartier. Amal stuck to what she knows best beauty-wise with her trademark glossy waves, along with light pink eyeshadow, soft blush and a rosy lip.
The couple were in attendance to present the Amal Clooney Women’s Empowerment Award, which Amal awarded to a young Tanzanian woman called Zamana during the ceremony, in recognition of her 'Allow Me To Study' campaign, which encourages and supports young girls in Tanzania looking to stay in school.
"As a lawyer, I can work to change laws," Amal said on stage. "But lasting change has to be led by people on the ground, in the community. Sometimes, these leaders can be found in girls as young as 16. Like Zamana, who we are honouring today."
