Ariel Winter has become our go-to girl for body positive Insta posts. And Winter’s Memorial Day bikini pictures not only scream self-love, but they make her look like a real-life sea siren (slash Ariel from the Little Mermaid). HARD CORE.

We’ve noticed her Little Mermaid vibes before — especially since she recently dyed her usually dark brown locks a beautiful red, but now it’s truly undeniable. In the photos, Winter poses on the sand between two rock formations while wearing a light blue two-piece, looking as if she literally just emerged from Ursula’s layer.

Winter also took some time out to honor our troops and the men and women who serve (aka, what Memorial Day is truly all about). She posted this heartfelt post to “the men and women who risk their lives to protect ours and our freedom.”

It can be all too easy to associate Memorial Day with nothing more than beach fun and bathing suit season, so we definitely appreciate that Winter took a moment to reflect on the day’s true meaning and offer her gratitude.
