Bag containing £200,000 worth of jewellery stolen from woman on King's Cross train

Officers have released images of people they wish to speak to in connection with the theft of a bag containing over £200,000 worth of jewellery.

The victim boarded a train at King’s Cross bound for Edinburgh just before 7pm on December 14 last year, and was followed by a small group.

After the victim placed their bag down, two members of the group distracted the victim whilst another person took the bag and left the train.

Officers believe the people in the images may have information that could help with their investigation.
