Beyonce sends flowers to her new toddler BFF—and it’s the sweetest
Beyonce is now aware of her number one fan, and possibly her youngest fan. After a video went viral of two-year-old Tyler explaining to his mom that Beyonce is his best friend, that his mom knows her personally, and that he wants to meet her, the Beyhive got to work to make sure that Beyonce saw the video. When she did, she made sure to send him her favorite blue flowers, a stuffed animal, and a sweet note.
Mom Bea Fabregas recently shared a follow-up post on her Instagram of Tyler cradling the flowers and his stuffed dinosaur that Beyonce sent to him.
“For the record, Beyonce and Tyler are now actually, officially friends!” Fabregas shared in the caption. “Through the power of Queen B’s internet (millions of views and likes it’s crazy!) she saw the video and sent over some of her favorite blue flowers, a new animal best friend for Tyler, and the sweetest message that our family will now always treasure.”
In the initial viral video, Fabregas is sharing a slice of pizza with Tyler, and he asks, “Where is Beyonce?!” three times. Fabregas responds that Beyonce is in her house. Then we see Tyler’s gears turning in his brain, and he replies, “Can I visit Beyonce?” Fabregas tells him no because they don’t know her personally. “She’s not mama’s friend,” she says.
Incredulous, Tyler responds, “She’s our friend.” And Fabregas says she hasn’t met her. But Tyler repeats that Beyonce is his friend.
As the video goes on, we see that Tyler’s convinced that his mom knows Beyonce personally, and he reiterates that mama’s Beyonce’s friend and he wants to meet her. Then Fabregas shares “the best she could do” and shows Tyler playing with toys with Beyonce’s music playing in the background.
So of course, Beyonce being the Queen she is, once she saw the video, she mailed the flowers and stuffed animal to Tyler, along with a special note.
In the sweet note, PEOPLE reported that Beyonce started out with “To my friend Tyler” and she also told him that she sees his halo.
Mom had a message for everyone who helped make this special event happen, and shared it on her Instagram post.
“Thank you to everyone who shared it, commented, liked it. Tyler may be too young to remember all this, but I’ll always remind him to dream big and shoot for the stars!! BEYONCE SENT MY BABY FLOWERS!!!!”
Fabregas thanks Beyonce and her publicist in the caption as well, of course. “Thank you so much for thinking of our little family,” Fabregas said. “I mean, with the amount of mentions and videos Beyonce gets everyday, it still blows our mind to know time was set aside to send this sweet gift over. My mama heart.”
