If you’re a fan of Bio-Oil’s famous stretch mark oil, you’ll want to add its brand new skin gel to your cart.

The celeb-loved brand recently launched a Dry Skin Gel, which is the first new product it’s released since 1987, when the skincare oil made its debut. Made with a similar formula to the oil, the skin gel is meant to moisturize and replenish the top layer of your skin with the help of emollient oils like lavender, sunflower, rosemary, and calendula extract. The brand recommends using it on dry to very dry skin, adding that it’s gentle enough for sensitive skin and children over the age of three.

Since landing on Amazon earlier this month, the ultra-hydrating gel has already sold out several times, but now it’s finally back in stock. It comes in three sizes — 1.7, 3.4, or 6.7 ounces — starting at just $6.

In case you’re not familiar with the original Bio-Oil, here’s the lowdown. It has the backing of over 26,000 Amazon shoppers, as well as celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Meghan Markle. Shoppers rave that it's one of the best skincare products on the market because of how effectively it fades stretch marks and scars, and tightens skin overall. Customers who have tried the new skin gel are already leaving similarly positive reviews.

“I swear by the Bio Oil oil itself, and have been using it for years. This is the same thing, but in a really nice gel form,” one reviewer wrote. “It's not greasy at all, absorbs readily, and has the same effects as the oil itself. It's very good for dry skin, and still feels soft hours after you use it. I will definitely be buying it in a gel form more often! Highly recommended.”

The gel even comes recommended by a customer who said she was suffering from the dry skin side effects of chemo medication, writing: “My feet were horrible. They were extremely dry and peeling, but this has [helped] with the healing of my skin.”

While Bio-Oil’s Dry Skin Gel is currently back in stock on Amazon, it may not be for long (the smallest size is already backordered until November!), so we recommend adding it to your cart ASAP.
