Camila Mendes has a scary boss, a major career opportunity and a potential new love interest in this new rom-com.
Prime Video debuted the first trailer for Upgraded exclusively with PEOPLE on Tuesday. In it, Mendes, 29, stars as aspiring art industry professional Ana Santos, who works as an assistant for a gallery owned by the highly successful and intimidating Claire Dupont (Marisa Tomei).
Claire requests Ana joins the company on an important work trip to London, leaving her to enjoy a first-class flight overseas courtesy of the company.
On the plane, Ana meets an intriguing English bachelor named Will (Archie Renaux) and accidentally runs with a lie that she herself is the company's director.

"However, this little white lie begins to unravel, threatening to ruin Ana’s career and newfound romance."
The movie comes after Mendes' Riverdale, the popular CW series she starred in as Veronica Lodge, ended its seven-season run in August.
