Cardi B's New Boozy Whipped Cream Is So Strong, We're A Little Scared

In case you didn't know, Cardi B is behind a genius boozy whipped cream brand called Whipshots. While the first lineup hit stores back in 2021, the "Up" rapper just dropped an all-new flavor set for summer.

"Whipshots is over the top, sexy and unique—kind of like me," Cardi B said in a press release. "It’s going to be a party in every can. No matter where you are, you can party like Cardi, and I’m so excited to finally be able to share this one-of-a-kind product with all of you."

Earlier this week, she celebrated the launch of her lime-flavored Whipshot at a Cocktails with Cardi event in Santa Monica, California. The new addition to her vodka-infused whipped cream collection is set to drop June 14, and according to Cardi B herself, "it tastes just like Fruity Pebbles."

"I hope you guys enjoyed this flavor, it is really good. I like it," Cardi said on Monday, according to PEOPLE, before providing a quick disclaimer on its, ahem, hefty ABV. "It's strong, don't get it twisted. This ain't your f*cking Fruity Pebbles, it is very strong. It's 10% alcohol."

The star-studded event included a Cardi-themed cocktail menu, which featured the Cardi-Rita, Mojo Mojito, and Gorge Fizz created by celeb mixologist and Starco Chief Mixology Officer Rob Floyd. Naturally, each drink was topped with a dollop of Whipshot Lime.

"Me and the owners, like we're very proud of this product," Cardi said at the Monday launch. " I remember when we both came and were discussing this product during the pandemic, and I just knew it was gonna work."

The Whipshot Lime—which Cardi recommends putting on milkshakes and frapps—joins the pre-existing lineup of fan-favorite flavors: Vanilla, Caramel, and Mocha.
