Christine Brown is getting candid about grieving Garrison Brown in the weeks following his death.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the Sister Wives star, 51, demonstrated one of the many ways she's kept Garrison close to her heart since he died suddenly at age 25.

"I made Garrison’s favorite breakfast today (tinted green, obviously)" she wrote in the St. Patrick's Day post, which featured three slides of her kitchen set up and ingredients for the tapioca pudding. "We’re always going to remember and honor Garrison, no matter what life throws at us daily."

Continuing, Christine admitted, "It’s such a difficult balance embracing life and daily routines like celebrating holidays and working while grieving. So, hey, I made his favorite for St. Patrick’s Day!"

The TLC star also added the hashtags "#mocktapiocapudding #breakfast #greenfood #stpatricksday #remember"

Garrison, the son of Christine's ex Kody Brown and Janelle Brown, was found dead in his Flagstaff, Arizona home on March 5. Lieutenant Charles M. Hernandez II of the Flagstaff Police Department told PEOPLE that officers responded to a report of a death inside a home and confirmed that Garrison's brother Gabriel, 22, had "discovered Mr. Brown deceased" in an apparent suicide.

"At this time there is not any indication of foul play, and Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division are investigating," Lt. Hernandez's statement continued.

Shortly after the news, Janelle, 54, and Kody, 55, shared a statement to Instagram confirming the death of their son.

"Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown, He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him," she captioned a series of photos of her son. "His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory." (Kody posted the same statement on his own Instagram page.)

In a statement to PEOPLE at the time, TLC shared: "We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown. We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Brown family at this difficult time."

Since then, Christine has turned to social media on several occasions to pay tribute to Garrison.

On March 7, Christine shared her first tribute to him on Instagram, calling Garrison a "caring brother who understood [her daughter] Truely’s need for a hobby and built her a flowerbed." Alongside a video of Garrison building the flowerbed, she wrote, "We will miss him forever."

Three days later, Christine posted a new carousel of photos of Garrison and wrote in the caption, "Every photo with Garrison in it is now infinitely more important than ever before. I am scrambling for just another glimpse of such an incredible man, brother, son…#alwaysbemissed #missyou #notenough."
