Your Cowboy Carter Listening Party Needs This Beyhive Bellini

At Delish, we’re “stay ready” kind of people, so naturally we’re pouring up this bubbly Beyhive bellini as soon as the music drops. A blend of honey, reposado tequila, peach nectar, and lemon juice makes this cocktail the perfect balance of sweet and slightly tangy, while the bubbles keep it light and refreshing.
The tequila makes these a little boozier than your average bellini, so you’ll only need one glass to get the party started. If you’re not usually a tequila drinker, this would also work with vodka or whiskey…as long as you make Beyoncé proud and use your favorite Texas brand.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz.
peach nectar
1/2 oz.
honey
1 1/2 oz.
reposado tequila
3/4 oz.
fresh lemon juice
Ice
8 oz.
Prosecco
2
small chunks honeycomb (optional)
Directions
In a small heatproof bowl, microwave nectar and honey, stirring occasionally, until honey is dissolved, about 20 seconds.
In a cocktail shaker, combine nectar mixture, tequila, and lemon juice. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Divide cocktail between glasses. Top off with Prosecco. Garnish with honeycomb (if using).
