Did previous Omaze Prize Draw winners stay, sell or rent out their properties?
As a newlywed couple become the latest winners in the Omaze Prize Draw, how many previous winners actually stayed in their luxury properties?
A newlywed couple have been given the "best wedding present ever" after winning a £5 million home in the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw.
Hillary McManus, 30, and Franco McManus, 34, have won the expansive four-bedroom property in Victoria Park village, east London - which comes with a gym, games room and spa facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna.
As well as winning the most valuable property ever to be won in a UK prize draw, the couple - both originally from London but currently living in Nottinghamshire - also pocketed £250,000 cash.
Hillary, who bought the winning entry for just £20, said: "One minute we were sitting at home gearing up for just another Friday night, deciding what we were gonna have for dinner and watch on telly, then before we knew what was happening, we’d won a £5 million house in London and our lives had changed forever. It turned out to be anything but your average Friday night!
“We only just got married a couple of months ago, and that was the best day of our lives, we never thought we’d top it," added Hillary. "But all this is running it a very close second - it's certainly the best wedding present ever!”
The prize draw also raised £4 million for London's Air Ambulance Charity in just six weeks.
The expansive four-bedroom property in the heart of Victoria Park village has a gym, games area and spa facilities including a jacuzzi and sauna.
The 4,700 sq ft property has been refurbished and extended and is set in a small enclave – incorporating bespoke joinery, black powder coated metal work as well as the triple height 8.5-meter glazing.
The bespoke kitchen has a large central island and comes with Silestone tops, while the ground floor also offers a large dining room, guest suite, utility room, cloakroom and further views onto the ‘living wall’ and roofless atrium.
The lower ground floor is home to an additional reception and living area - as well as a games room with a pool table, a home bar, a fully kitted out gym and a spa complete with jacuzzi and sauna for the ultimate workout and wind down experience.
There is a study area on the landing as well as two further en suite bedrooms on the first floor, while the top floor is reserved for the main bedroom suite with a dressing area, bespoke cabinetry, additional seating area and en suite bathroom.
The winner of each Omaze Million Pound House Draw can decide to live in the house, sell it to become a cash multi-millionaire or rent it out, with an estimated rental value of up to £12,000 per month.
Winners of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw do not have to pay any stamp duty, mortgage or conveyancing fees.
Yahoo News UK looks at whether Omaze winners have decided to sell, rent or stay in their new homes.

''I didn't give it a second thought and had totally forgotten I’d even entered.
