Dylan and Cole Sprouse Respond to Fans' Excitement That Their “Suite Life ”Reservation Day Finally Came
A 2009 episode of 'The Suite Life on Deck' saw the Sprouse twins' characters Zack and Cody attempting to book a dinner reservation that wouldn't be available until Nov. 16, 2023
Dylan and Cole Sprouse are quite aware the years-long wait for their dinner reservation is finally over.
Back in 2009, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody twins Zack Martin (Dylan) and Cody Martin (Cole) attempted to book a dinner reservation at a renowned restaurant by Chef Gigi in Rome — only to be informed by the hostess that their table wouldn't be ready until Nov. 16, 2023.
"But, that's in 15 years," said Cody on a season 1 episode of the Disney show's spinoff The Suite Life on Deck.
Zack chimed in, "What if I don't feel like [having] Italian that day?"
Now nearly a decade and a half later, even if Zack wasn't craving pasta, fans certainly were when the joke finally paid off.

The Sprouse twins, now 31, were deluged with reminders on Thursday. Not long after the influx, they both informed their followers on social media that they'd gotten the message loud and clear.
Cole kicked off the posts on his Instagram Story, sharing a screen recording of the avalanche of DMs he'd received.
A few hours after that, Dylan's Instagram Story featured a playful photo of the Beautiful Disaster star seemingly distressed by the constant reminders. He even placed several of the messages around him, including "Your table is ready sir" and "In the mood for Italian?"
Fans of the beloved series aren't the only ones getting in on the fun. Some eagle-eyed viewers noticed that Google implemented a hilarious banner that read "Table for ✌️?" when users search for the Sprouse twins.

Despite the franchise's success, Dylan previously revealed that the Sprouses quit The Suite Life following Disney's refusal to give them the creative control they desired.
"I mean, we had a really awesome idea for where the show needed to go. We were 18," he told Vulture in 2017. "If that isn’t old enough to know exactly what the show needs, then … well, I would beg to disagree."
"I don't think [Disney] were willing to work with us, really ever," he added. "So we stopped the show."
