Elizabeth Hurley, 57, has boldly posed nude to wish her doting fans a happy Valentine's.

The actor and model shared a picture of herself sitting naked on her bed, partly covered by a white fluffy cushion between her arms and legs, to her 2.5 million Instagram followers.

"Happy Valentine's Day," the star wrote, with a string of hearts.

Her fellow celebrity friends showed their support of her confidence, including Patsy Kensit who commented with a series of fire emojis.

Meanwhile shoe designer Patrick Cox wrote, "I gave you those pillows!! Happy Valentine’s Day Lillibet. Px"

Fans also complimented Hurley with everything from "Flawless in everything you are and do" to "Beautiful" and "Wow".

With Hurley appearing 'flawless', you may be wondering how many times a week she hits the gym. But the answer is refreshingly "None. Sorry," she said in an appearance on What Watch Happens Live with Andy Cohen in December 2022.

However, she still very much incorporates exercise into her lifestyle in her own way (and is likely lucky to have good genes).

"I don't really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something other than being in the gym," she told Women's Health in October 2021.

It seems there's anything she'd rather do, than step foot in one.

"I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer," she explained. "Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I've got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing.

"I'd rather do housework than go to the gym," she told the publication. "I'd rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much."

In May 2022, when hosting the annual BCRF Hot Pink Party in New York (a night dedicated to breast cancer), Hurley also shared with HELLO! just how crucial looking after her physical health is to her.

"I think, really, taking the time to take care of our health is one of the most important things we can do," she said at the time.

"You really realise that women have to know their bodies, know their own breasts, really be aware if something feels different.

"They really need to be in tune with their own bodies," she added. "And take care of themselves in order for them to be there to take care of everybody else, because that's what we do."

And while we know taking care of her body doesn't involve intensive workouts, it also doesn't involve restrictive diets – but instead living a balanced healthy lifestyle.

"I’m at least 10 pounds heavier than I was 20 years ago but I don’t care," she told MailOnline in October 2021.

"I probably eat a bit more now but I don’t eat takeaways and only drink sodas once in a blue moon. Life’s too short to be on a super-strict diet.

"My weakness is peanut butter – if it’s in the house, I’ll stick my finger in the jar every time I walk past it!"

"I don’t do any set exercise but can’t sit still for long," she added. "I actually eat quite a lot, but very little junk or processed foods and don’t drink much alcohol. I try to eat lots of vegetables and never eat between meals."

Hurley is also known for modelling her bikini line collections on her social media, where she attracts a lot of attention for her physique.

"I love modelling my collections and actually think feeling comfortable and confident comes with age," she told the publication.

"There might be a time when I don’t want to model swimwear and move onto voluminous kaftans, but currently I’m still enjoying it."

In terms of her own love life, it's thought that she's currently single, though this isn't known for sure.
