Eva Longoria uses this sleek Cuisinart toaster, and it's only $55 ahead of Amazon's Big Spring Sale

The sleek Cuisinart 4-Slice Toaster only looks expensive — snag the Amazon early deal while it's still on sale.

Eva Longoria: actress, fashion and beauty icon, entrepreneur ... and toaster influencer? Don't be too surprised; she did write a cookbook, after all! And since spotting this Cuisinart 4-Slice Toaster on her counter in an Instagram video she posted, we're swooning over her taste in kitchen appliances. Lucky for us, the sleek bread-browning device — which has tens of thousands of perfect ratings to back it up — only looks expensive. In fact, it's down to $55 (from $70) as an early Amazon Big Spring Sale deal. Coincidentally, Eva was recently given an award by Jeff Bezos himself, but we're happy to take this one.

Slightly retro, yet modern, this stainless steel toaster lets you opt for two doneness levels at once to satisfy you and your breakfast mate.

Why is it a good deal?

According to our price trackers, this is just about as low as this toaster has been on sale for since January, so if you could use a new one, our recommendation is to snag it while it's marked down. FYI, the stainless steel model that Eva has is currently the cheapest, and seeing as she could probably have any toaster under the sun, the fact that she chose this reasonably priced one makes it even more appealing.

Why do I need this?

No matter how you slice it, the aesthetically pleasing Cuisinart 4-Slice Toaster is worth getting if you and your spouse have different preferences when it comes to breakfast preparation. Each pair of slots has its own control panel that can be programmed to a different doneness level, making everyone happy while saving time on busy mornings.

There are six settings to choose from, along with Bagel, Defrost and Reheat modes — plus, the 1.5-inch-wide slots can accommodate everything from waffles to pastries. Still not sold? Take comfort in the fact that it comes with a limited 3-year warranty.

What reviewers say

Eva isn't the only one the Cuisinart 4-Slice Toaster has won over; over 23,000 Amazon customers have given it a perfect rating.

"My husband and I disagree on how long bread should be toasted," shared a happy shopper. "This toaster gives us each two slices done the way we'd like. I love the 'cancel' button so I can quickly eject the bread when it begins to smell 'toasty,' no matter what the temperature is set for. Easy-clean stainless steel makes it a breeze to keep shiny."

"This toaster is outstanding!" gushed another impressed buyer. "Toasts very evenly and the slots are long enough to toast oversized slices. The one feature that caught my eye when it was delivered was how deep the slots are. This keeps the toasting elements away from the shell so it stays cool to the touch."

"Great toaster, would buy again," wrote a final fan. "[The] only complaint I have is when it is finished toasting, the pop-up isn’t loud enough to get your attention."

Add it to your cart while you can still get it on sale!

And if your kitchen could use a new set of knives, Yahoo readers adore this Cuisinart set.

Slicing and dicing just got way more fun, thanks to this colorful knife set from Cuisinart. You'll get an 8-inch chef knife, 8-inch slicing knife, 8-inch serrated bread knife, 7-inch santoku knife, 6.5-inch utility knife, 3.5-inch paring knife and protective sheaths for each. Since they're color-coded, you can designate one for meat, one for vegetables — no cross-contamination to see here.

"I have owned expensive knives before where the paring knife costs more than this complete set," shared a reviewer. "I can't say enough good things about these knives. ... The slicing of vegetables was just too much work. Not anymore. These beauties made it easy. Beyond sharp, perfectly balanced and the right knife for every job."
