Heather Rae El Moussa Celebrates Son Tristan Ahead of First Birthday: ‘How Am I About to Have a Toddler?!’

Heather Rae El Moussa can't believe her son is about to turn 1!

On Thursday, the Selling Sunset alum, 36, shared a few photos to her Instagram, taking a moment to reflect on her son Tristan's upcoming first birthday. Sharing a photo of herself pregnant and holding a tiny denim jacket that reads "El Moussa" on the back, as well as a photo of herself and her toddler, the proud mom wrote a tribute to her son in the caption.

"Pre & Post baby (swipe 🥹🤍) I can’t believe this month will mark 1 year with our bear in our lives and 1 year of being a mama. Looking at the first photo I was sooo excited for him to be here. Now I’m thinking…how am I about to have a toddler?!?" she wrote.

"It’s so surreal and so many people still ask me if I miss my baby bump and yes, I honestly loved being pregnant so I do miss the bump… but I love having him in my arms more 🫶🏻."

Heather shares her son with husband Tarek El Moussa, 42, and is stepmom to Tarek's two kids — daughter Taylor, 11, and son Brayden, 8.

Earlier this month, the Flipping El Moussas stars shared a joint Instagram post showing pictures of their son's experience being in the mountains for the first time. Posing together in an adorable family photo, Tarek held his son, who wore a navy blue puffer jacket.

Heather stood next to them, wearing black sunglasses and a long black puffer jacket. Tarek and Heather also shared a photo of their son with his mouth open, wearing a beige beanie with a smiley face on it.

"Wrap up of our little mountain getaway 🤍 Tristan’s first time seeing snow!! Another first checked off the list 🥹❄️," the couple wrote in their caption.

In December, Heather shared a post on Instagram in which she celebrated welcoming son Tristan in 2023 with her husband.

Posting a photograph of Tristan playing in the sand on a beach in Newport Beach, California, Heather began the caption of her post, writing, "2023 brought me the boy who changed my life, brings me so much happiness, and is the best addition to our family 🥹."

"Going into 2024 with my heart being so full 🫶🏻," added the reality star.

In the comments section of her post, Tarek responded to the sweet pic of the couple's son, stating: "Omg the cutest❤️."
