Hidden Valley Is Coming Out With A Bunch Of Secret Sauces And I Want To Put Them On Everything
Hidden Valley has been owning the ranch dressing game since practically forever, but the company is about to release a new line so amazing, you’ll suddenly have zero issues with keeping three different types of ranch in your fridge.
It’s called Secret Sauce, and it sounds wildly delicious. The new line was called out by Instagram account @SnackBetch, who apparently got an early preview: “New Hidden Valley Ranch Secret Sauce! The three flavors are original, smokehouse, and spicy,” they wrote. I have a very real obsession with Ranch, so I will be getting these ASAP.”

There’s not a ton of info available about each flavor right now, but Hidden Valley says on its website that they’re all “restaurant-inspired sauces,” so they're a little different from actual ranch dressing you'd put on a salad. Also, the smokehouse version says it's “savory and smooth,” the spicy one is “hot and zesty,” and the original is “cool and tangy.” Basically, it sounds like Hidden Valley has gone out of their way to make sure you can put ranch dressing on just about anything.
Some people have seemingly already gotten their hands on these sauces because there are reviews online already. One person said the spicy version is “perfect,” while another recommended it over tacos. Someone else said they actually got to try the smokehouse version at a restaurant (WHERE?!) and that it “tasted so good.” As for the original, which is definitely different from your basic ranch dressing, people say in reviews that it’s “delicious” and “so great.”
The new line will apparently be available at Walmart starting April 1. BRB: Gotta set a calendar alert.
