How to fix a broken cabinet door hinge

Kitchen cabinet door hinges rarely break, but do need adjustment over time, which is done using the adjusting screws on the hinges. But when you lose one of the adjusting screws or they actually break, you have to replace them and getting in early before more damage is done is the way to go. Here, the cabinet door hits the adjacent door architrave each time it opens and, if opened too far, the architrave effectively levers the door off its hinges.
