I'm not dating for a year, says Rachel Leviss

Rachel Leviss is "not dating for a year".
The 29-year-old star quit 'Vanderpump Rules' in 2023 after it emerged that she had a months-long affair with Tom Sandoval, and Rachel is now planning to focus on herself following the cheating scandal.
The reality star said on her 'Rachel Goes Rogue' podcast: "I'm not dating for a year, and in doing that, I'm just focusing on myself and after this talk, focusing on my emotions that come up for me, like what are my own needs that I need met, and not adding an additional person into the equation, so that it is just focused on me and other people as well my friends and family and the people that are in my inner circle that are safe friends."
Tom, 40, split from Ariana Madix after news of the affair emerged.
And Rachel previously took to social media to apologise to Ariana.
She wrote on Instagram: "I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana. (sic)"
Rachel also promised to reflect on her mistakes.
She said: "I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved. I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices. (sic)"
