If you're an Instagram fan, then you'll be pleased to hear about the social media app's latest changes. The platform has released four new stickers for its Stories feature.

One of the stickers allows you to share your favourite song. Audio has long been a part of Instagram – with users able to add songs to their Reels and general posts – and a huge part of social media too. "Kick off music trends or share your favourite song or one that matches your vibe with the Add Yours Music sticker," Instagram says.

The other new stickers include:

  • Frames: Turn any photo into a Polaroid with the ‘Frames’ sticker. Shake your phone to reveal the content inside.

  • Reveal: You can post a hidden story with 'Reveal'. Followers can only see the content by sending you a DM.

  • Cutouts: Turn any photo or video from your camera roll into a custom sticker with ‘Cutouts’ to make your stories and reels extra special.

How is Dua Lipa involved?

Instagram has teamed up with Dua Lipa for the 'Add Yours' sticker. The singer will kick off an Add Your Music trend on her IG story, asking fans to collaborate and share their favourite songs from her album (plus fans get the chance for their stories to get reposted on Dua Lipa's story). This is tied to Dua Lipa's new album, Radical Optimism, which was released on May 3.
