Ivanka Trump posted a photo in support of Goya Foods amidst calls for customers to boycott the company after its CEO praised President Donald Trump in a recent appearance.

The presidential advisor posted the photo, which shows her holding up a can of Goya brand black beans and smiling, on Twitter late Tuesday night. In her caption she wrote Goya's slogan, in both English and Spanish, "If it's Goya, it has to be good." The tweet has since racked up more than 50,000 retweets and comments and 100,000 likes as of this writing.

People were quick to respond to the photo including Chrissy Teigen and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, both of whom have already tweeted in support of the boycott. Their comments followed Goya CEO Robert Unanue's meeting last Thursday with President Trump in which Unanue said Americans are all "truly blessed to have a leader" like him.

Many also called into question the ethics of Ivanka's recent tweet as it relates to her work as Senior Advisor to the president, as Reuters previously reported. Ethics rules prohibit those holding a public office from using it for "private gain, for the endorsement of any product, service or enterprise, or for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity." Reuters said The U.S. Office of Government Ethics did not immediately respond to their request for comment about Ivanka's tweet.

Ivanka's tweet also joins her father's tweet from Friday in support of the company which simply says: "I LOVE @GoyaFoods."
