Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri 'Fire' Up New Dishes Despite a 'Dysfunctional Kitchen' in “The Bear” Season 3 Trailer

Season 3 of the FX and Hulu series will premiere on June 27

Things are heating up in the kitchen for season 3 of FX’s The Bear.

In the latest trailer for the comedy-drama series’ upcoming season, Jeremy Allen White’s Carmy Berzatto and Ayo Edebiri’s Sydney Adamu prepare for dinner service at their restaurant, with Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s Richie Jerimovich working the floor as the manager.

“We’re open,” Richie declares as “Mixed Emotions” by The Rolling Stones kicks the trailer’s pace up a notch.

Sydney orders the staff to “fire” dishes like Wagyu and cavatelli, only for Carmy to dump a plate in the trash and demand they “refire!” Meanwhile, a disgruntled Richie tells Carmy, “I’m getting drilled out there.”

A series of mishaps inside and outside the kitchen lead Sydney to say, “This is a dysfunctional kitchen.”

Richie and Carmy fire back in unison, “Show me a functional one.”

A May 9 teaser for the Emmy-winning series shared by White, 33, saw Carmy enter the kitchen alone and unpack his knives. Then, he stares directly into the camera as the clip zooms out to reveal the Chicago skyline.

According to an official synopsis from FX, season 3 will see the trio “do what it takes to elevate The Bear, their beef stand turned fine dining establishment, to the highest level, all while doing their best just to stay in business.”

“Their quest for culinary excellence will propel the crew to new levels and stress the bonds that hold the restaurant together,” the description continues. “Our chefs have learned that every second counts, but this season we’ll find out if they have what it takes to make it to tomorrow.”
