Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake Packed Snacks in the Kitchen Before Hitting Oscars Afterparty Red Carpet
The couple brought KIND bars and veggies to keep them fueled at the festivities
Couples that snack together, stay together!
Before hitting Oscars afterparties on Sunday, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake took fans behind the scenes of perhaps their most important red-carpet prep: packing snacks.
In a TikTok shared by Timberlake, 43, the singer says, “Snacks!” as wife Biel, 42, chops vegetables next to him. “Gotta be prepared,” the actress adds.
As Biel continues chopping what appears to be peeled cucumber, Timberlake asks, “Can I have some?” She replies, “No, get your own!”
After the Oscars chow has been prepared, the couple moves on to packing the snacks, a difficult feat with their outfits’ limited storage.
Biel swaps her clutch for a Ziploc bag — an unusual accessory next to her blue evening gown — telling the camera, “This is my bag.”
At one point, Biel says goodnight to their oldest son, Silas. Then, Timberlake unsuccessfully attempts to squeeze his phone into her real bag, which contains (surprise!) even more snacks. “My phone doesn’t fit,” he says, as Biel replies, “Let me take out my other snack.”
After removing a KIND bar, Biel declares that Timberlake can have that one. “I’m going to eat this right before we go on the red carpet," he says.
Unable to fit everything in her purse even after she removed the bar, an exasperated Biel heads out the door, saying, “We’ll figure this out,” and Timberlake flashes a smile.
And, evidently they did. In photos snapped of the couple at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, the actress’s clutch appears to be sealed shut.

Stars at the Oscars ceremony, were pleasantly surprised with the snack offerings.
This year, host Jimmy Kimmel gifted guests snack boxes containing a soft pretzel and mustard, a bottle of water, and a box of candy, which varied from Mike and Ikes to Milk Duds.
According to Simu Liu — who took the stage at the award show to perform “I’m Just Ken” alongside his Barbie costar Ryan Gosling — Kimmel’s snack box was a three out of 10, whereas some afterparty food options earned far higher ratings.
Liu, 34, ranked the grub at the Oscars and afterparties in a Threads post. In-N-Out burgers at the Vanity Fair party earned a “7/10” and the Governors Ball's “insane” food was rated a “11/10.”
