During the third coronavirus lockdown, Kate Middleton and Prince William have been isolating at their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall. In recent weeks, they have also been granted special permission to use The Queen's personal home, Sandringham House, to carry out their royal duties.

One of those recent royal duties for Kate came in the shape of a Zoom chat with some of the brilliant NHS nurses who work throughout the UK. "Nurses up and down the country are going that extra mile, at a time when patients need it the most," Kensington Royal's Instagram caption read.

"These acts of courage, strength and kindness matter so much right now and we owe you a huge thank you for all that you have done and continue to do throughout these difficult times."

While many fans commented on the great work our nurses are doing (ALL the claps for them), others couldn't help but point out The Queen's chic decor.

Sandringham House looks like it’s filled with big house plants, cool floral cushions and some family photographs, which Kate may well have set up in order to make her new office feel more personal.

The image in the frame positioned behind Kate is from May 2019, when the Duchess helped design a garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. In it, she and Prince Louis are sharing a hug and enjoying the garden together (cute!)

Explaining their current lockdown set up, Royal reporter Rebecca English said on Twitter, "The Queen is allowing the Duke and Duchess to use Sandringham House as an office and for video calls during the second lockdown."

We're loving the house plant vibe at Sandringham, and always have our eye on the choice of Royal cushions.
