Kim Kardashian 'unfazed' by public booing: 'Kris always taught her kids to have a thick skin!'

Kim Kardashian was "unfazed" when she was booed on stage.
The 43-year-old reality superstar received a negative reaction from the audience when she appeared on 'The Roast of Tom Brady' on Netflix but now an insider has explained that her mother Kris Jenner always taught her to have a "thick skin" to be able to deal with fame.
A source told Us Weekly: "Kim was unfazed. She wouldn’t change a thing and she had a blast. Kris [Jenner] always taught her kids that they need to have very thick skin in order to handle the criticism that comes with the fame.
"So this was nothing new and nothing Kim couldn’t take."
The insider claimed that Kim - who shot to fame alongside her sisters Kourtney, 45, Khloe 39, as well as Kendall, 28, and Kylie Jenner, 26, along with the rest of their now world-famous family when they started appearing in 'Keeping up with the Kardashains' in 2007 - thought she "handled the whole situation really well" and would do it all again because she has "no regrets" at all.
The insider added: "Kim thought she handled the whole situation really well and doesn’t have any regrets about participating whatsoever. She would definitely do it all over again. Kim felt like even though some of the jokes about her were brutal, it was still all in good fun."
The SKIMS founder was one of the panel of roasters who lined up to mock the retired NFL player, 46, during the live-streamed special, which aired on Sunday (05.05.24), and ended up being loudly heckled by the crowd for more than 10 seconds at the Kia Forum in California when she took to the stage before she had even made her first joke.
But despite Kim's apparent confidence in the situation, a version of the special now available on the streamer has a disclaimer saying the show has been “edited from a previous livestream”, with the boos now removed.
