Kirsha receives some upsetting news
Kirsha is distressed to learn that her hearing will not recover.
Shane sees that Kirsha is already starting to withdraw when she opts out of attending the Variety Night. Determined not to let that happen, Shane devises a way to make the experience work for her.
Meanwhile, Piper hopes to be able to accompany her family to court for Gary's sentencing hearing, but her anxiety about going outside gets the better of her and she has another panic attack. Later, Piper confides in Tyler and decides to conquer her fear by dipping a toe into the Brennan pool.
Elsewhere, Yashvi invites Angie Rebecchi to the Christmas party, not realising that she is the last person whom Sonya wants to see.
