Liam Hemsworth gave an update on how he's managed to stay healthy after his Miley Cyrus split in an interview with Men's Health Australia.
Liam credits exercise for helping him to stay mentally and physically balanced through it all.
Yes, Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus may have split up a whole seven months ago, but I—a Last Song fanatic—cannot...nay, WILL NOT be able to get over it. Fortunately for Miley and Liam though, it's a totally different story: Miley is dating Cody Simpson, and Liam's with his new-ish model girlfriend, Gabriella Brooks. But because Liam and Miley's breakup was so major, Liam's reflecting on how he managed to cope with their divorce in the newest issue of Men's Health Australia.
In his interview, Liam was asked if his exercise routine was focused on building back up his body. “Rebuilding?” Liam asked. “Yeah, that’s a good way to put it,” he said. Subtle Miley reference? Checkkk.
IDK if you noticed, but Liam is kinda in the best shape of his life right now after splitting from Miley (and filming his Quibi show, Most Dangerous Game), but that's because exercise have given him a huge sense of emotional clarity. “This last six months, honestly, for keeping my head level and just staying balanced, I’d say exercise has been big for me,” he admitted.
An Us Weekly source gave a similar report back in February, saying that Liam “has been very focused on getting in amazing shape,” adding that “he also enjoys working out because it helps him have a positive mindset and distracts him from any negativity or drama.”
Well, if this is the way that Liam chooses to deal with negativity, god bless him (and his gorgeous set of abs).
