Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Chenoweth to Lead Rom-Com Our Little Secret for Netflix

The Secret’s out: Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Chenoweth are teaming up for a new romantic-comedy film for Netflix, our sister site Variety reported Monday.

In Our Little Secret (directed by Stephen Herek), two resentful exes (Lohan and Pretty Little Liars’ Ian Harding) are forced to spend Christmas together after discovering their current partners are siblings.

Details on Chenoweth’s character remain TBA.

Lohan’s Mean Girls co-star Tim Meadows will also appear, alongside Jon Rudnitsky (The Big Leap), Chris Parnell (SNL), Dan Bucatinsky (Scandal), Henry Czerny (Sharp Objects), Katie Baker (The Mosquito Coast), Ash Santos (American Horror Story: Apocalypse), Jake Brennan (Richie Rich) and Brian Unger (Me, Myself and I).

The movie (which is now in production) is part of Lohan’s two-picture creative partnership with Netflix, and her third consecutive project with the streamer. It will follow Irish Wish (which releases March 15, 2024), a fantasy rom-com about a bridesmaid attending a wedding in Ireland between her best friend and the love of her life.

“We’re so happy with our collaboration with Lindsay to date, and we’re thrilled to continue our partnership with her,” said Netflix’s Director of Independent Film Christina Rogers in a 2022 statement. “We look forward to bringing more of her films to our members around the world.”
