William and Kate are uneasy that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are growing closer to Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, a royal expert has claimed.

“For William and Kate an alliance between Harry and Meghan and Beatrice and Eugenie is a huge worry," Royal author Tom Quinn told The Mirror.

“They sense that Beatrice and Eugenie feel that, as virtual outcasts themselves, they have far more in common with Harry and Megan than with any other part of the family.

“The situation is made worse by the fact that the senior royals’ main asset – Kate herself - is effectively out of action while she continues her treatment for cancer.”

A man who shot and killed a mother and daughter inside their WA home on Friday before turning the gun on himself was a registered gun owner with a reported stash of 13 firearms.

Mark Bombara was searching for his ex-wife at the Floreat home, who was residing at the address after leaving her husband.

Failing to find her, he instead shot Jennifer and 18-year-old Gretl Petelczyc.

According to WA Today, Bombara owned 13 firearms, however police have not confirmed the report. The Nightly reports all of the weapons were seized from Bombara's Mosman Park home.

WA Premier Roger Cook called the attack "chilling and horrific" and has vowed to consider tightening gun laws.

Twelve people were injured altogether on the flight to Dublin and comes just a week after one man died on a Singapore Airlines flight that endured severe turbulence.

Passengers have revealed the fear onboard, with one saying food went flying all over the ceiling.
