Alexis Grace Williams is engaged!
The Married at First Sight star said "yes" to girlfriend Cierra Johnson after seven months of dating.
"I couldn't be more excited to share my life with Cierra," Williams, 31, tells PEOPLE. "We have accomplished so much in so little time, and I know that we will continue to have a life full of love, adventure and fun."
"[It's] what I’ve waited my whole life for," she adds.
The pair first met in August 2022 when Williams stepped out to celebrate a friend's birthday. She says Johnson, 27, made the first move by chatting her up — and making sure to snag her social media details.
"Cierra asked me if I was okay because I didn’t look like I was enjoying myself. I assured her I was okay, and she asked me several more times before eventually asking for my Instagram," Williams recalls.

While acknowledging her "fear of commitment," Williams says Johnson continues to prove "she is the one" for her in both big and small ways.
She recounts how Johnson was a source of support and comfort when she experienced a medical scare during a trip to Mexico together.
"Cierra was so calm, light-hearted and efficient with handling me and the situation without me having to ask her to do anything," she remembers. "She handled my mental and physical health with so much care that I couldn’t even consider her not being the one."
"She reminds me during big events like these and little events that she’s the one — it’s my job to get out of my own way and pay attention," Williams continues.

During season 15 of MAFS, Williams was matched with Justin Hall and the two tied the knot after meeting for the very first time at the altar. On Decision Day, they decided to continue their marriage but ended up splitting not long after.
After the Decision Day episode aired, Williams opened up to PEOPLE about how she was feeling before making her choice on the show.
"The morning of Decision Day, I was riddled with confusion and an overbearing feeling that I'd be making the 'wrong' decision," she said. "Despite these feelings, I knew that being uncomfortable had previously been a sign of growth for me — therefore, I interpreted what I had been experiencing as such."
She went on to share that her MAFS experience was "tumultuous," but helped her grow and better understand herself.
"MAFS has taught me a lot about myself and the understated intentions of others. Nonetheless, I will continue to grow and glow in my own right," she told PEOPLE at the time.
