Olivia Newton John's daughter caught Photoshopping herself thinner

It's no secret that Olivia Newton John's daughter Chloe Lattanzi has dealt with body issues in the past.

And although her latest post shows that while she might not yet have conquered those demons, she's on the right path.

The 30-year-old was caught red-handed by a fan after she used Photoshop to slim down her waist, but instead of being upset, she thanked them for calling her out on it.

"A good thing happened. I thought I looked fat so I photoshopped myself a little thinner," she captioned alongside the unedited version of the photo.

"Then someone called me out, and I'm glad they did. Here's the real me my real waist. The pants I was wearing make me look chunky down there so I tried to fix it. But looking at it now I l look fine.

"Thanks who ever you were for calling me out on my bullsh*t. I Gotta remember never gonna be perfect. I should represent my flaws. So here I am flaws and all. #sometimeshatershelpyou #nophotoshop anyone who has body dismorphic disorder you can always write to me. I understand."

Best response ever.

Chloe has struggled with anorexia in the past but is now looking happy and healthy.

She says her fiance James Driskill is the secret behind her recovery.

"I’m grateful I’m recovered fully, I’m healthy, I have a lot of fat on my body," Chloe told Fox411 in October last year.

Just weeks ago, Chloe shared a heartfelt post about body acceptance.

"I am not my face. I am not my makeup. I am not my body. You are not your face, body, possessions, accomplishments, mistakes, pain or happiness," she wrote.

"What we are can not be captured in a Snapchat, an Instagram photo, a Facebook profile. I want to talk to people more. Look past the image they want to present, and feel the essence of what they are."
