McGee stressed that she appreciates the support she’s had over the years and said she made the decision in order to spend time focusing on her family.

“Not a final goodbye,” she said. “Like I always say at the end of my class, please don’t forget that everything you could possibly ever want, have or need is right inside of you. Love y’all so much.”

“Please keep in touch here and here’s to the next chapter 🫶🏼” she added in the caption.

McGee first joined the fitness company in December 2018, becoming one of three instructors that helped launch yoga classes on the platform. Her departure comes just days after Kendall Toole also announced she was leaving the company.

Following the news, a spokesperson for Peloton released a statement leaving the door open for possible returns.

“Our door will always be open to them, so this is not a final goodbye, but rather, we hope to see them later,” the company said. “As we think about Peloton’s future, we are excited about the opportunity to bring new talent to our Instructor roster to continue offering a best-in-class experience to our Members.”
