Selena Gomez just surprised her cousin with a wedding dress, and that’s some Maid of Honor goals
Let it never be said that Selena Gomez gives bad Christmas presents. The 25-year-old will soon be her cousin Priscilla DeLeon’s maid-of-honor. So as one does, Gomez got DeLeon her dream wedding dress.
It’s a risky gift, especially if you don’t know what kind of dress the bride wants. But it seems like Gomez knew pretty clearly what DeLeon wanted, and possibly even had it custom made for her, if the wording on DeLeon’s Instagram is any indication. Luckily, DeLeon said yes to the dress. And the two celebrated DeLeon’s upcoming nuptials at a bridal shower in Texas, where Gomez originally hails from.
Unfortunately, we will have to wait a little bit longer to see the actual dress, since the wedding has not occurred yet. But we are sure DeLeon will look spectacular in her dream wedding gown. And hopefully Gomez will document the whole thing to every one of her 131 million followers.
All in all, Gomez seem like a pretty good person to have by your side on the big day. In addition to being cousins, DeLeon and Gomez are also best friends. Further, Gomez is the godmother of DeLeon’s son Aiden. That’s a forever kind of bond between besties.

Gomez sure has had an year filled with momentous occasions. Though she received a kidney transplant earlier this year, she managed to release three killer pop singles, “Bad Liar,” “Wolves,” and “Fetish.” She also recently announced that she is in the studio and making new music that will come out in 2018. Not to mention her rumored reconciliation with Justin Bieber.
No matter what Gomez goes through, it’s good to know she has a BFF like Priscilla DeLeon to see her through.
