But once supermodels like Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Emily Ratajkowski started wearing the pants of my youth while out and about, I knew it was time to give them another try. And my hunt for cute and affordable flare leggings led me to this top-rated Leggings Depot pair that’s on sale for just $12 at Amazon.
