Stormy Daniels admits she 'hates' Donald Trump in bombshell hush money trial testimony

Stormy Daniels told a court she “hates” Donald Trump and wants to see the former US President jailed, after claiming she spanked him with a magazine before sex and took a $130,000 payoff to stay silent out of “fear”.

Ms Daniels, real name Stephanie Clifford, described an alleged 2006 sexual encounter with Trump in a hotel room in Lake Tahoe, Nevada after she agreed to have dinner with the billionaire.

She told a New York jury she got a “jump scare” when Trump stripped to his boxer shorts while she was in the bathroom, she alleged he did not wear a condom during sex, and says she was “shaking” after their liaison.

Ms Daniels agreed when Trump’s lawyer Susan Necheles suggested “you hate President Trump”, and when it was put that she wants to see him jailed, she replied: “If he’s found guilty, absolutely.”

Trump is braced for fresh embarrassment as Ms Daniels continues her testimony on Wednesday, with the porn star set to face tough questions from his legal team who say she is lying about the encounter.

On Tuesday, they made a failed bid for a mistrial after Ms Daniels made a series of embarrassing statements about Trump.

She said she refused Trump’s dinner invite at first, but agreed after her publicist said: "If nothing else you'll get a great story.” Ms Daniels added: "What could possibly go wrong?"

Ms Daniels claimed Trump compared her to his daughter Ivanka, allegedly saying over dinner: “She's smart and blonde and beautiful, and people underestimate her as well.”

She says she mocked Trump over his satin pyjamas, saying: "Does Hugh Hefner know you stole his pyjamas?" and she claims she spanked Trump from behind with a magazine featuring his own face on the front cover.

She went to the bathroom and snooped in Trump’s washbag, finding gold tweezers and a bottle of Old Spice, and when she returned to find him in a state of undress she recalled thinking “Great, I've put myself in this bad situation”.

"The next thing I know, I was on the bed”, she said. "I had my clothes off. I just think I blacked out - I was not drunk, I was not drugged… I just don't remember."

Trump is on trial after pleading not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records, allegedly in a plot to conceal a $130,000 “hush money” payment to Ms Daniels ahead of the 2016 Presidential election.

Ms Daniels alleges she was threatened in a Las Vegas car park to stay silent when it was first thought the encounter would become public, and she says “my motivation wasn't money” when she later agreed to a payout.

"It wasn't to get the story out”, she said. “It was motivated by fear, not money."

During her testimony, Ms Daniels also claimed she felt an imbalance of power during the alleged sexual encounter as well, with Trump’s “bigger” bodyguard outside “blocking the way”.

“It was really hard to get my shoes because my hands were shaking so hard”, she said, describing the moments after they had “brief” sex. “He said ‘Oh, it was great. Let's get together again, honeybunch’.”

Ms Daniels added: “I just wanted to leave.”

Her testimony continues.
