Tom Brady Gets Roasted for Leaving Ex Bridget Moynahan While She Was Pregnant

Moynahan gave birth to their son Jack in August 2007

Tom Brady's romantic past was a hot topic during his Netflix roast, including his infamous breakup with then-pregnant ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

The legendary seven-time Super Bowl champion and his relationships throughout the years were the subject of many moments during The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, which aired live on Sunday, May 5. However, none of the moments of jest about his love life were as scathing as the comments about his prior relationship with Moynahan.

Comedian Nikki Glaser pulled no punches addressing the topic, telling Brady, “But seriously, Tom, you’re the best to ever play for too long. You retired, then you came back and then you retired again, I get it, it’s hard to walk away from something that’s not your pregnant girlfriend, it's tough.”

“Hey, to be fair, he didn’t know she was pregnant, he just thought she was getting fat,” she added as a final jab at the situation.

Will Ferrell, dressed as Ron Burgundy from the Anchorman films, delivered a quick joke about the former pair, although not nearly as direct as Glaser’s.

“The last time this guy went truly deep, he ended up paying child support to Bridget Moynahan,” Ferrell said. “I wrote that myself this morning, in the airport bathroom at LaGuardia.”

Back in 2004, Brady, 46, and Moynahan, 53, entered into a relationship that lasted until December 2006, and a few months later Moynahan announced that she was pregnant with Brady’s son. However, Brady had already entered into a new relationship with his now ex-wife and former supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Moynahan gave birth to their son Jack in August 2007. In the years since their breakup, the former couple has appeared to maintain an amicable relationship for their child.
