Usher Turns Up the Heat in 2 Outfits and Takes Off His Shirt for Super Sexy 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Performance
From one glove to bare abs to roller skates, the star's style took center stage at the halftime show
Usher brought his signature style to the 2024 Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas — and you bet it made us say: “Yeah!”
After weeks of anticipation, the music icon, 45, nailed his halftime show performance, during which he sang hit after hit including “My Boo,” “Confessions” and “Yeah!”
The singer — who brought out H.E.R, Alicia Keys, Will I Am, Lil Jon and Ludacris (the latter two he previously said he’d be “a fool” not to have join him onstage) for his performance, wore Dolce & Gabbana and Off-White.
His first outfit was all cream Dolce & Gabbana ensemble and featured a coat over a cropped jacket with a brooch, both of which he took off to reveal a bedazzled top. Soon after, Usher ditched that top too and briefly bared his abs before he stepped offstage for an outfit change. For this look Usher also wore matching gloves, one of which he took off in an apparent nod to Michael Jackson.
Usher then emerged in a shimmering blue-and-black Off-White look consisting of five different pieces which had a total of 394,000 crystals (a crystallized anatomical letter biker jacket, a crystallized anatomical knitted turtleneck and a lurex sparkle under shirt, a pair of
crystallized leather biker trousers and leather biker gloves) — and roller skates — for the second half of his electrifying set.
Usher revealed little about his performance in the month leading up — but did emphasize that he wanted to pay tribute to Black artists on football’s biggest night.
