Variety Announces Inaugural Grammy Cover Party Celebrating Cover Star Victoria Monét

Variety will host its first-ever Grammy cover party, presented by TikTok, on Thursday, Feb. 1, in Los Angeles. The event will celebrate multitalented singer-songwriter-producer-dancer Victoria Monét, who is nominated for seven Grammys and will grace the cover of the Jan. 31 issue. The party follows Variety’s 2023 Hitmakers celebration, which also recognized Monét as an honoree alongside SZA, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Boygenius and many others. 

The invite-only party will kick off Grammy weekend and feature a guest list of breakthrough talent, best new artist nominees, music executives, agents and industry leaders. As part of the evening, Monét will receive a special award.

Victoria Monét (@victoriamonet) stays connected with her 450,000 TikTok followers through her choreography videos, responding to fans with TikTok’s Duet feature, and offering an intimate look into career highlights and her family life. Her hit single “On My Mama” took For You feeds by storm last year with the #OnMyMamaChallenge, which has been viewed by more than 30 million fans and inspired over 299,000 creator videos.
