What's new on Netflix in December 2023: “Suicide Squad, Maestro, Rebel Moon”

See the full list of movies and TV shows coming to the streaming service this month.

It's December, and that means it's time for holiday movies. Netflix is, as it does every month, bringing in a host of new films and shows this month, and that will, of course, include a stocking full of Christmas goodies.

But it's not all Santa and tinsel alighting at Netflix at the end of this year. The service is also bringing in a boatload of DC films, including the confusingly titled Suicide Squad and The Suicide Squad. You'll also have the chance to catch Shazam!, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Wonder Woman, among other cape fare.

The service is also bringing highly anticipated originals like Maestro, which stars Bradley Cooper as legendary conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein. Todd Haynes' twisting tabloid tale May December, starring Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore, will also arrive on Dec. 1. The EW review calls May December a "creepy, campy masterpiece."

Below, check out all the movies and TV shows slated to hit Netflix in December 2023.
