Welcome to the second annual HelloGiggles 2019 Beauty Crush Awards!

The decision to have our own best in beauty was born out of HelloGiggles pure love for all things makeup, skin care, and hair. Since we’re always talking about our favorite products with each other, we wanted to share them with you, our lovely readers, on a whole ‘nother level. With bare faces and bold hearts, we tested hundreds of beauty products to find the best ones no matter your budget, whether you want to grab a new lipstick on your next Target run or spoil yourself with a bougie moisturizer upon receiving your tax return.
