Wynonna Judd's Daughter Grace Kelley Remains in Jail on Unpaid $2,500 Bond 12 Days After Arrest
Kelley was arrested on April 5 and has since been charged with indecent exposure, obstructing governmental operations and soliciting prostitution
Grace Kelley, the daughter of country icon Wynonna Judd, remains behind bars after her April 5 arrest.
As of Wednesday, April 17, records show that Kelley, 27, is still detained at Elmore County Jail and her bond is set at $2,500.
Kelley was booked on Friday, April 5 at 5:05 p.m. on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
At the time, Kelley reportedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at a busy intersection in Millbrook and wouldn't identify herself when officers tried to arrest her, per charging documents obtained by AL.com.
Days later on April 11, Kelley was also charged with "soliciting prostitution" for reportedly exposing "her breasts and lower body" on a busy highway.
Millbrook police chief P.K. Johnson told Daily Mail last week that Kelley was carrying a sign that said "ride for a ride."
A spokesperson for the Millbrook Police Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
Kelley, whose father is Arch Kelley II, has run into legal troubles in the past. In 2016, she was arrested for possession of meth and was sentenced to eight years in prison two years later. At the time of her arrest, she violated her probation by leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program.
In December 2022, she was released from jail, The Daily Beast reported. Then, she was arrested again in May 2023 on charges of violating an order of protection and restraining order and violating parole. She was then sent back to jail and released again that October.

Kelley gave birth to daughter Kaliyah Chanel during a temporary leave absence from jail in May 2022.
Meanwhile, Wynonna recently announced she would be performing the national anthem at the Kentucky Derby on May 4. The singer also has a slew of performances scheduled from June through October of this year.
In 2022, Wynonna opened up to PEOPLE about her daughter and said she was always the first to correct her.
“Gracie will be the first one to say, ‘Mom, that’s not exactly how it happened,’” she said. “It’s not about judgment, it’s just about calling me out when I get too big for my britches, as they say. And Gracie’s the one that does it.”
Kelley is next due in court April 25.
